I Have a problem with black widow casino. I won 1200 Dollar in November and they told me that they have problems to process bank drafts. But they still are crediting amounts to my credit card. Do anyone knows what happened their?
What can I do? They are crediting my amounts to the credit card but do not pay out my win. May is a problem with bank drafts because I'm living in Germany

I'd simply call them at 001.877.828.8775 and talk to them personally. Have all data handy (your account number etc.).
I'd even record the conversation on tape or similar.
You wrote "they told me that they have problems to process bank drafts". Could you send me this email where they are saying this or did you talk with them on the telephone? If you send this email to me I would send an emaili to them trying to straighten it out.

on their site they write:
"You can track the status of your withdrawal requests by entering the cashier and selecting the “Transaction history” screen. The status column
in this screen identifies the phase (i.e. “Waiting” or “Approved”) of each transaction."
Did you do this? What billing address did you give them?
